Conducting three different groups in one week.All young humans.
Different locations.
Hard to reach they say.
You would think that I could use the same tools, methods, prep for all the sessions. Not so. Each group is different. Each group unique. As is the setting, dynamics, climate, context da de da.
So it is prep for each one
And then riding the waves.
Bit like surfing -
only with humans.
My objectives include
Tapping their street-wise skills.
Getting them to feel at ease.
All, every one, talking.
Increasing the opportunities for self disclosure.
Disclosing mine.
So many have buried bad experiences.
All buried in the soul.
The trouble is -
they are not buried dead,
they are buried alive,
alive and kicking.
If they can handle these things,
L5 stuff,
they will grow in confidence,
enter a new world of relating,
NOT hiding the real self,
but beginning to feel beautiful
even though,
like us,
they are,
beautiful imperfection.
