YOUTH WORKERS TRAINING COURSE HOSTED BY LOSS UK for you.

YOUTH WORKERS TRAINING COURSE
HOSTED BY LOSS UK for you.

Facilitating the learning experiences is::
Pip Wilson

We can see a persons behaviour but we cannot see their journey:
That is why Youth Work is fundamentally 'relational'.

Youth Workers are passionate about building positive relationships with young adults who are going through all different stages of their development.
Often sidelining adults closest to them
and yet need to have adults outside the home
who are consistent ever patient,
ever supporting and questioning young humans in a developmental way.
We can run dry, lose resilience without knowing it.
There is a great need to meet and share with peers and be refreshed to face the next inevitable disappointment.
THIS DAY
A day full of interaction, group work and involvement that will support your own development and growth
as well as your understanding of the importance of relational youth work.
That is why Youth Work is about getting close and discovering the persons journey,
and understanding why that behaviour,
and how we need to always to be raising our own awareness and
skills to be an affective in helping the human being - to be a human BECOMING.
