Blaming is a discharge of pain.

‪#‎Separation‬ is sometimes needed to be able to ‪#‎love‬ a person
I hope you will do that with me too.

I don't think I expressed it well here.
Another shot::
I believe we need to separate the person from their behaviour to love.
Meaning if we obsess about the behaviour
it will distract us from loving the internal beautiful human -
(an obnoxious person is a hurting person seems to me). …….
We all need to be responsible for our behaviour
but often people are not able -
so love and care first -
later the behaviour needs to be owned.
A good example is placing people with mental health issues in prison
when they need help - principle acceptance and LOVE

Being self-aware means we are less likely blame people for their behaviour
but look deeply behind their eyes for a reason causing the behaviour.

Blaming is a discharge of pain.
