strange experience.
Long long day out today - knackered and still not cut my toenails.
My friend Dan ........... asked me today, to give him five words to describe my life at the moment.
Over the past years I have been asking you, and others, to join me in the journey towards Level Five by thinking and clicking this five word summary of life .... ..... ..... I gave him these::
volcanic - meaning I am bursting out of myself with loads of feelings I don't understand.
Greenbelt - it is so ingrained in my soul as I relive the experiences in my head.
Restart/Refresh - I feel like this is the start of a new year and I want to refresh my irritation.
Passionate - I want to be on this great Road Less Travelled.
Yearning - I am feeling for a number of humans who are going through tough times. I want for them. Not prescriptive. Just that they step on with self determination. I yearn that they can.

..... it is now another day and up before 5.30 and don't need to be ...... what is this all about?
