I am working at home today to ....

Prep a 'CONFLICT' course I am leading ....
Prep for the forthcoming week-end.....
Trying to clear my stinking 'in-box' which is at 200 bhp messages.

AND designing new games for the W/E .......

Try this one :::

Imagine 7 x 2 pound bags of sugar piled on the desk in front of your keyboard.
Pile them on top of each other to make them as high as possible without falling over (in you mind)
Then notice you cannot see your screen very well and it is becoming difficult to read this ....

I am down from 15 to 14 stone and still obese - ugh -
horrible word
so that is why I click it!

DRINK HERBAL TEA- CARRY IN AWAY BAG
READ LABELS OF EVERYTHING. IF IT CONTAINS ANYTHING BUT PURE INGREDIENTS THEN DON’T EAT IT
DRINK AT LEAST ONE PINT OF STILL WATER A DAY
NO FRYING
DRINK INNOCENT SMOOTHIE DRINKS- NO OTHER JUCIE
HAVE ALOE VERA JUICE BEFORE A MEAL
10 MIN ON TRAMPETTE BEFORE EACH MEAL
USE SQUEEZE OF LEMON AS DRESSING
SPRINKLE SEEDS AND NUTS ON EVERYTHING- PUMPKIN, PINE, SUNFLOWER
EAT LOTS OF RAW VEG – PEPPERS, CELERY, MONGE TOUT, PEAS
DON’T HAVE TOO MUCH DAIRY – YOG AND CRÈME FRAISE
HAVE TREATS AT W/E AND WHEN GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS OTHERWISE THE HEALTHY EATING WON’T COUNT AS YOU WILL ADD POUNDS
EAT ALL DAY – DON’T MISS MEALS

· DRINK HOT WATER WITH A SLICE OF LEMON EACH MORNING

· PORRIDGE

· FRUIT SMOOTHIES – VERY FILLING AND EASY

· FRUIT SALAD- CAN TAKE THIS TO WORK




LUNCH

· FETE CHEESE, HUMMUS, CHICKEN, TUNA IN SPRING WATER, FISH, RAW VEG SUCH AS RED PEPPER, RAW PEAS, MONGE TOUT (CAN TAKE THIS TO WORK)

· CHUNKY SOUPS (CAN TAKE THIS TO WORK)

· GO FOR GREEN VEG STEW LIKE THINGS – GOOD FOR TUMMY

· CHICK PEA BURGERS WITH SALAD AND SALSA (THIS IS GOOD TO GO IN LUNCH BOX MAKE IN ADVANCE WHEN MUM AWAY)

· HUMMUS WITH VEG – CELERY, RED PEPPER ETC




DINNER

· CHICKEN KEBAB WITH SALAD OR RICE

· FISH WITH LENTILS AND TOMATOES

· ROASTED VEG WITH BROWN RICE AND SALSA

· BEAN CHILI

· BEAN SALAD

· CHICKEN WITH SWEET POTATOES

· SHEPHERDESS PIE – SEE GILLIAN BK

· THAI CHICKEN CAKES – GRIDDLE

· CHICKEN WITH MANGO SAUCE WITH BROWN RICE
