Are you struggling to know how you are feeling?

Level Five Communication.

Are you struggling to know how you are feeling at certain times?

Are you frightened of sharing how you feel because you feel vulnerable?

That is vulnerability which is a strength not a weakness.
The only other option is to pretend.
Telling a lie to others by not being real.
Have a mask on.
Show others a different person than how you really feel.

THEN having one real person inside - and one pretend person outside.
SO you have to manage two persons.

We can get used to vulnerability/embarrassment by being real in relationships.
Try it out and you will find others will love your vulnerability and they will stop pretending too.
Others will be given permission by you, in a strange way, to be more open too!

Why don't you give it a go?
It will be a deeper more fulfilling life.
