Therefore I have learned so much.

I have worked with many humans over the years.
In institutions, offenders units, hostels, youth units.

I have spent many hours in youth work settings.
Youth clubs, residentials, camps, adventure events.
Group work sessions in Hostels, Residential units.
Facilitating experiential training days for
Therapists, counsellors, youth workers, hostel staff etc.

Therefore I have learned so much.
From the stretching
The prep - designing
Leading interactions
Constantly faced with new situations.

Some of the best of stretching experiences =
all I had to give -
is being deliberately vulnerable.
Letting the normally hidden...............  out.
Sharing my hurts, damage, failures, wrongs.

I found that in group work/all contexts
that the most powerful is to admit some of my weaknesses -
vulnerabilities - journey of feelings .......

In some great way
these stumbling deliberate risky acts
have encouraged others to open up their own.

Such powerful late night sessions - large or small groups::
- exhilarated me
- humbled me
- stir my soul
All Level Five stuff
taking me deeper within myself
and letting go.

This week I have learned to spell FATIGUE
I have been writing about his - one of my symptoms.
(Connecting to my cancer treatment.)
Using this word and failing to spell it correctly.
