Finished a seven day/seven weeks training course today. All about group work. Loveitloveit.
All about how groups exist and the forming storming norming and performing ......... and today the mourning for me ......
Not only groups important, after all we are usually born into one, they are vital in terms of how we function.
How many groups do you belong to?
I bet you can name a few which are important in your life? Social and in the work context ........ a team.
My training was experiential - what else!
It was not only theory and experiencing it - and reflecting on it - it was about how to learn about our own interactions and also intervention analysis.
It was most wondrous to see these humans developing and growing in confidence.
Everything I believed in - I poured into the experience.
The learning was massive
and others learned as well as me.
The University of Life ..........
I will miss them .......... character and personality

imperfection ............
6am - that is soon
I will be heading to Norway and I hope to click for you from there.
It is tempting to think that it will be like my week in Norway in February.
Or my week in Finland in October/November?
Every group, and individual, is unique - as is the context.
I will need to give as much attention to 'awareness' as much as I do to giving out.
I need to journey with it ........... and work for the wholeness
Does the wholeness of life seem so far away?

Yes it is unobtainable.
It is a journey not a destination
