Red or Blue ........ I am about to as you the question ........
..... all the pix below are from the week-end and may be only of interest to the Greenbelt crowd - 17.5 beautiful humans last year........ and hundreds of thousands who have been to Greenbelt over the last 31 years.
The week-end was a special time arranged for those Greenbelt humans who are volunteers or Greenbelt Angels who are the core supporters of this vivid festival which has been my lifeblood for some 28 years.
It is not just entertainment - like a gig.
It is a community of humans who come together in large numbers on the August Bank Holiday each year.
It is a large group of humans who are on a Road Less Travelled.
Wanting.
Yearning.
I suppose it is a home for restless souls.
I was reminded over the last days about the Matrix Film feature about;
Take the Red Pill - take the Blue pill ......... and there is a fantastic dance record with that theme.
The Blue Pill is the safe/comfortable/rich/fat/self/'stack up' the larder-bank-pleasure departments of life.
The Red Pill is the risk - the uncomfortable - the Road Less Travelled- the upside down - the becoming - the yearning to be on the edge - not wanting to be satisfied but to go beyond that - always wanting to refresh the irritation.
Take the Red Pill to refresh ......... the irritation.
