PAIN - because I have pulled something in my back working out - I think.
Hot - just had a shower and shave for tomorrow - stinking early again.
Focused - planned and so full of prep - now i will have to busk it.
Alone - Joan and the Sheilas have gone to Nice for three nights - so pleased for them.
Silence - no music playing ........ that IS strange .....
