... I was driving away to journey
and .......
I felt a bit sick ....... so the water was drunk
as I drove along the M25
........ then I realised I had other feelings ......
I listed them in my head ..... sick/tired/irritable/slow/humpy/resentful .......
not nice feelings but blurred in that
they were there but mixed up in the activity of the moment .......
then I realised that I had named the feelings,
put words to them - named them,
and I felt better because I had taken them from my gut to my head.
I had recognised them - owned them .......
and I became settled ...... and concentrated on the drive.
Life lesson;
Name them feelings as they happen.
own them.
admit them.
THAT in itself is a process of releasing these emotionally .....
I felt good.
