ves·ti·bule is the pronunciation of "vestibule"

3. Anatomy. A cavity, chamber, or channel that leads to or is an entrance to another cavity: the vestibule to the ear.

Catharsis = 'letting go'
is far more important .......it is connected to the soul .... unlike a vesibule......
