.... I belong to a Group called 'level 5' and also a model like this which I promote in one or more of my books.
Most people stick down at 2 and 3 levels and never try/strive/enjoy/bare/touchfingertips at L5.
We need to do all levels but the Joy of real;
communication
relationships
emotional exchange
humann learning
.................. is when we share L4 and L5 which in my experience is authentic -
'telling others who we are' x 2
Today it may mean that you start the level climbing and in that risk climate (inside you) there is a journey less travelled ......
