The Community Cashback initiative gives support for tenant groups who want to help improve their area.
How does the following sound to you:-
- Your tenants’ group decides to manage a local service
- You control the money your landlord would normally spend on this service.
- You do it better – you and your neighbours get the benefit
- You do it cheaper – you keep the savings and use that ‘Cashback’ to make your homes and area better
And now there are grants to help you get started!
Small grants and technical support are now available to tenants and landlords who are interested in working together to develop a Community Cashback agreement – improving local services and rewarding the contribution of local tenants.
