I love this. I believe in this - no better learning life than this authentic ness.

Today with my class I decided to be honest.

 I told them I was feeling down and why. 
I told them how I was dealing with my emotions and trying to turn it around. 
I told them they could too. 
I felt awkward doing it but I'm glad I did. 
Emotional honesty is so important.
