I am an EMOTION DETECTIVE - you can begin to be one too ..... we need to start with our own inner BHP first.





This large part of our emotional journey begins with very small changes in our daily life. 
We begin to feel a little whole again. 
We begin to notice small acts of kindness.
 We start to be grateful and thankful for the love and support of friends and family who have journeyed with us. 
Perhaps it is time to thank them and apologise for any unintentional behaviour in times of stress.
